Important information about text messages:

• Message frequency: You will receive one or more text messages in direct response to your inquiry. Message frequency depends on the nature of your question and the support needed.
• Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.

User Submissions

If you submit photos of your printed or painted miniatures, we use the information you provide to:

• Display your photos in our user gallery on the Site
• Credit you by name or social handle alongside your photos
• Showcase examples of our miniatures to other users and potential customers
• Promote our products on the Site and potentially on our social media channels

By submitting photos, you grant us permission to display your submissions publicly on our Site and use them for promotional purposes related to Prosody Prints.

General

Newsletter Subscriptions

User Gallery Submissions

Photos and information you submit to our community gallery are retained indefinitely unless you request removal. Backup and Recovery

Please note that due to backup procedures and database replication, deleted data may persist in our backup systems for up to 90 days after deletion from our primary systems.

Zoho Campaigns

We use Zoho Campaigns to manage and send our newsletters. When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored on Zoho Campaigns' servers. Zoho Campaigns has its own privacy policy, which you can review at https://www.zoho.com/privacy.html.

Vercel Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to collect basic, aggregated site usage and performance metrics (for example: page views, visit counts, referrers, and performance timing). Vercel Analytics is implemented server-side and does not rely on client-side cookies or persistent identifiers. The information we receive is used to improve the Site. Supabase

We use Supabase, a backend-as-a-service platform, to store and manage various types of data on our Site, including:

• Product information (miniature names, descriptions, images)
• User photo submissions for our showcase gallery (names, social handles, photos, descriptions)
• Blog posts and related content
• Contact form submissions
• Roadmap items and future release information

Cloudflare R2

We use Cloudflare R2 for image storage and delivery. All images uploaded to our Site (including product images, blog post images, and user-submitted showcase photos) are stored on Cloudflare R2's infrastructure. OpenPhone/Quo

If you opt to receive text message responses through our contact form, we use OpenPhone (now Quo) as our SMS service provider to send and receive text messages. When you provide your phone number and consent to SMS communications, your phone number and message content are transmitted through OpenPhone's infrastructure to deliver our responses to you. Discord

When you submit a contact form or showcase submission, we may send notifications to our internal Discord server for administrative purposes. These notifications contain only the information you provided in your submission (name, email, message content, or photos). This data is transmitted securely via Discord's webhook API. MyMiniFactory

Our Site contains links to MyMiniFactory, where our 3D printable products are sold. When you click these links and visit MyMiniFactory, you are subject to MyMiniFactory's privacy policy and terms of service. We do not collect, process, or have access to any information you provide to MyMiniFactory, including purchase information or payment details.
