Product Designs

The 3D printable miniature designs (STL files) showcased on this Site are the intellectual property of Prosody Prints. When you purchase these designs through MyMiniFactory or other authorized platforms, you receive a license to use the files as specified in the terms provided at the point of purchase. Those terms govern your use of the purchased files, not these Terms of Service.

Photo Submissions

If you submit photos of printed or painted miniatures to our user gallery, you agree to the following:

Ownership: You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit all photos you upload
• Your photos do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights
• You have obtained all necessary permissions and consents for any people depicted in your photos
• Your submissions do not contain any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content

License Grant: By submitting photos, you grant Prosody Prints a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• Display your photos on the Site
• Use your photos for promotional purposes, including on social media and marketing materials
• Reproduce, modify, and adapt your photos as necessary for display purposes (such as resizing or cropping)

You retain ownership of your photos, but you give us permission to use them as described above.

Credit: We will credit your submissions with the name or social handle you provide. However, we are not responsible if technical issues prevent proper attribution.

Removal: You may request removal of your photos at any time by contacting us. We will make reasonable efforts to remove them from the Site, though we cannot remove copies that may have been shared by others or cached by search engines.
